Un excellent couteau à pain. Lame en acier inoxydable très tranchante et solide. Coupe les pains ou autres aliments les plus durs et les plus croustillants. La lame incurvée et le manche en bois véritable confortable en font un plaisir à utiliser. Avec son manche en bois et son look classique, il est également très joli lorsqu'il est utilisé avec une planche à découper en bois à utiliser lors des repas, pour le service du pain et du fromage par exemple.

Laver à la main, sécher et ranger dès que possible après utilisation pour une longue durée de vie. NE PAS mettre au lave-vaisselle.

Very " Nice " Beechwood-Handle and Useful knife !

I really like this OPINEL Bread-Knife ... it is nice and thin and sharp with a very strong high-carbon-stainless-steel blade !.. My only deception is that they " removed " their Legendary " OPINEL SAVOIE FRANCE " black Printed LOGO on the Beechwood-Handle : because it is MADE IN PORTUGAL ... NOT IN FRANCE !.. The " Steel-Blade " is still brand-name identified, as usual ... but Not the wood-handle !

the best bread knife I've ever owned

I bought my first Opinel #116 bread knife in Amboise, France about 7 years ago and loved it so much I bought it for family members, the summer cabin etc. No more sawing and squashing nice crusty loaves! It cuts through my homemade sourdough like a dream. The Opinel #116 bread knife that I ordered from Paul's arrived quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
