Wusthof Meat Cleaver, 6", 460g - 4680-16

A nice heavy and heavy duty cleaver. A good value, with plenty of length (6") and weight (460 grams) and a nice wide blade (4mm) to provide strength. A great size for home use -- not too big to make it difficult to handle or store, and not too expensive. If you're doing serious work though I'd go for one of the longer/heavier models.
