Return Policy: You have 7 days from receipt of your package to return items for a refund or exchange, minus shipping and handling charges. CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SEASON: Yes, if you purchase a gift in October, November or December the 7-day return policy will be extended so you may return the item (still new, not used, in original packaging) in January. Please email us for return procedure and address before shipping anything back. Returns must be sent postage paid (not COD or "return to sender"; we will not accept COD, "return to sender" or postage-due packages), and all items must be in perfect/new condition (not used or damaged). All returns must include full and complete packaging. You may look at an item or hold a knife, but you may NOT use or test the item in any way. This policy is designed to allow you to inspect an item, or hold a knife and decide if the handle style & size suits you, and it is not a free trial. Items in used or damaged condition or missing original packaging cannot be returned. Beyond this 7 day period, if there is ever any problem with the product, please contact the manufacturer and they will deal with it under terms of their warranty. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and include your return address if the return is for an exchange.
