After several months of using the Opinel Bread Knife (#116) I can honestly report that I’m very happy with the elegant simplicity of this knife and it’s performance... it effortlessly allows me to make, thin, accurate slices from my crusty sourdough loaves.

I received a prompt response from Paul (how often these days does one get a response from the owner of the company) who knowledgeable answered my questions.
