Guide clips are small pieces of plastic that slide over the steel guide plate on the Professional and Apex model. They provide a larger backing than the guide plate and are helpful when learning how to sharpen. Use these clips to protect a double edged knife from hitting the metal guide plate or remove them when sharpening very small knives. Pack of 3 guide clips.
Guide clips work very well as do their sharpening stoned. Great service, always shipped quickly, never any issues. Would highly reccomend dealing with Paul's Finest.
The edge pro works extremely well but takes a little practice.
