Stainless steel knives featuring a high quality molybdenum steel (somewhat similar to what you'd get in a Wusthof German knife for example). FANTASTIC edges (SUPER sharp!) and blade quality for the price! Makes a great choice for someone on a budget or who wants an easy to maintain and rugged knife, since the more forgiving steel won't be as likely to crack or chip as some of the super-hard steels used in the more expensive Japanese knives, and since the molybdenum steel used in these knives is easier to hone and resharpen using any common hone, stone, or gadget.
