All orders ship from Canada (Montreal area). No extra duties or fees to worry about.
FREE SHIPPING Policy: Most orders within Canada over $150 ship free, with the following exceptions:
1. Shipments to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon. Fees are calculated for you to review at checkout. Delivery normally takes 5-14 business days via Canada Post standard service.
2. Remote/Northern areas/territories and very large/bulky may incur special extra shipping fees... we will contact you before we ship your order if this is the case.
3. USA: Shipping is calculated during checkout (before you have to enter any payment info) based on the weight of the items you are ordering. Please note that you are responsible for paying any customs duties, fees, and taxes at time of import, as determined by the shipping carrier.
Most orders ship out the same or next business day.
Sorry, we have no showroom or store, and local order pickups and returns are not possible. All orders must go through the web site and must ship out.
Shipments returned to us due to an address error by the customer or due to failure to pick up your package at the post office will be subject to a $25.00 return postage and handling fee. This will be deducted from the refund issued for the returned order.
You can get a real-time shipping cost quote by simply putting whatever you want in your shopping cart, then go towards the checkout, where your shipping options and prices are calculated based on the weight of the items you want to order and your shipping address.
Estimated shipping times:
Standard: Canada Post Standard service, insured. 1-5 business days to most of Ontario or Quebec; 3-7 business days to most other places.
XpressPost: Canada Post XpressPost service, insured. 1-3 business days to most of Ontario or Quebec; 3-5 business days to most other places.
USA: Sorry, it's hard to say... if's often quite fast (3-6 days) but sometimes there are delays due to the mysteries of cross-border shipping. And of course if you're far from Montreal expect it to take somewhat longer than if you're in the Northeast for example.
Insurance: all packages are sent fully insured.
