What can I say -- sometimes you have a big piece of meat, and sometimes you just need to stick a big fork into it. For carving and for serving, this is a really cool meat fork -- the picture doesn't do it justice: rather than the standard boring round tines of most meat forks, this one has more angular (squared) profile tines, as well as a very angular overall profile (including the base where it meets the handle) for a very high-tech and beautiful look. If you want a super nice meat fork, this is a truly excellent choice!
German forged steel quality for a lifetime of use, featuring all the same qualities as the rest of the beautiful new Classic IKON line.

Hey ya Paul. I just received my Wusthof Le Cordon Bleu 9-inch as well as the knife protector and steel I ordered. Shipping time was great! The items where well packaged having no chance for them to move about. Oh and did I not mention the Chef Knife is a Dream to use! The weight is perfect for me, as I've tried the Classic series at a friends house and it's a bit heavy for me. It just cuts like no tomorrow unlike my old 9-inch Stainless Steel chef knife that couldn't cut anything if its life...
