Un couteau robuste, abordable, et couteau de haute performance. Au prix, il est vraiment difficile de se tromper. Également parfait pour les étudiants des écoles culinaires qui ont besoin de quelque chose de robuste et abordable. Même lame hautement cotée que sur la série Fibrox, mais avec un aspect naturel plus agréable et pourtant toujours robuste. manche en bois.

THATS A KNIFE!

So this is a big knife. I have something to cut store bought pizzas with just downward pressure. No more using the wheel of topping churning mayhem. This is a very new knife to us. I can vision halving watermelons up to bison with little effort with this blade. I like the rosewood handle, will be keeping it out of the dishwasher of course. Its light, very maneuverable, sharper than I could ever imagine out of the box (ok sleeve) . I am glad we bought it. Unless I actually come across something needing longer, will likely stop at this length.
