Gourmet laser-cut knives are crafted in the company's factory in Germany. Well-balanced and durable, Gourmet knives are made of high-carbon stainless steel. These knives feature a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discolouration.
Note that some items here aren't really technically part of the Gourmet line but I put them here anyway since there really isn't any other proper category for them, and they're clearly in the same vein.
