Super-handy and good looking beechwood-handle paring knife. This is the absolutely classic, perfect all-around paring knife. The 10cm (4-inch) stainless steel blade is thin, sharp, just flexible enough to make paring and peeling jobs easy, and it's plenty strong (and affordable!).
