Victorinox Fibrox Pro 10" Serrated Bread Knife - 40547

This bread knife is a best buy! Used it on a 2 day old sourdough. A soft crust is sometimes harder to cut than a crusty one and this knife handled it beautifully. It required no effort on my part or its. I wasn't prepared for how effortlessly it worked. I have smaller hands and found the grip very comfortable. I've bought various items from Paul over many years. His prices are great and the turn around is fast. Placed the order at midnight on Wednesday (really Thursday morning) and received it on Friday morning in Guelph.
