HELP WITH SHIPPING OPTION SELECTION:

I try to have VERY reasonable shipping and handling rates -- very close in fact to what it costs me to ship your order. I'm NOT in the business of making money from shipping & handling. As such, please be sure to select the correct province/zone. For example, if you select Ontario/Quebec but then request shipping to a different province, your order will be delayed while I contact you to adjust the shipping charges prior to charging your credit card and shipping your order.

Select "Ontario or Quebec " if you live in Quebec or Ontario.
Select "Canada: Outside ON or QC" if you live in any other Canadian province.
Select "Local order pickup" if you will be picking up your order in person at my Lachine (Montreal, Quebec) office (no shipping or handling charges will apply.)

FAST: Canada Post Expedited service, insured. 1-4 business days to most of Ontario or Quebec; 3-7 business days to most other places.
FASTER: Canada Post XpressPost service, insured. 1-2 business days to most of Ontario or Quebec; 2-5 business days to most other places.

Northern or very remote areas: Yes, I ship to Nunavut, Yukon and seriously remote areas. Delivery normally takes 5-14 business days via Canada Post Expedited service. Very large/bulky/heavy items may require a shipping surcharge when shipped to remote areas, especially if XpressPost/Priority rush service is desired. If this is the case with your order I will notify you first to give you the available options.

USA/International: sorry, I do not ship outside Canada at this time, but if you want your gift order shipped to a Canadian resident, just select "Canada" and any province in the Billing section to bypass these requirements, and put your recipient's information in the Ship To address section.

Insurance: all my packages are sent fully insured. You are at no risk for loss or damage.

You may change your shipping selection at any time prior to checkout by going back into your shopping cart and changing your selection there.

For other special shipping requests, please contact me, or else simply submit your order, and write the details of your shipping request in the Comments section of the checkout form and I will get back to you with a quote prior to finalizing your order.
