I placed an order on January 4 late in the day for 2 Wusthof Grand Prix II knives - a Santoku and Paring Knife and received an email from Canada Post maybe one hour later informing me that the knives were in the process of being shipped. I received the knives on January 10 and they are in perfect condition and lovely knives. Many thanks.
