At first I wasn't going to list them on the site (I personally don't shear many chickens... I prefer sheep), but then I had TWO people special order them, and when I saw them, I knew why. They're absolutely beautiful. A real marvel of finely-finished stainless steel. With a come-apart mechanism for easy and safe cleaning and a precision locking mechanism, these is a tool you or your gift recipient will be proud to own for a lifetime. Technically part of the Culinar line (they're the top-of-the-line poultry shears Wusthof makes), but their sleek design fits beautifully with any knife collection. Makes a superb gift.
