The largest, heaviest and most heavy-duty cleaver that Wusthof makes! These old-school German knive companies know their meat, so this is a serious tool.

Extra large, heavy and heavy-duty straight-edge butcher-style meat cleaver. Now THIS is what you should use to chop bones, okay? NOT your nice sharp chef's knife! A good value, with plenty of length and extra weight (1100 grams) and a nice thick blade to provide the strength needed to spit even the largest bones.

Honestly, this is a massive knife... in my opinion probably too big for most home users. If you're raising your own livestock you might have use for this, otherwise if you're looking for something to take apart chickens and things you'll buy at a butcher or supermarket, I'd definitely recommend going with one of the smaller cleavers.
