A VERY useful knife! I use the Classic version of this knife at home and it probably gets the most use after my Santoku. We use it for bagels, sausage, croissants, tomatoes and and any other such delicate item that would normally get crushed by a slicing action. Nice and thin so it glides right through even the most delicate item. I've used mine for 2.5 years now and it's still super sharp and hasn't needed re-sharpening. A great knife, and a great gift, since not many people have such a knife yet it's sure to quickly become a kitchen favourite.
