Hi Paul. I just wanted to let you know I got the order and all is fine. Everything works well, both sets took a charge and I have about 220 pics on the first set so far in my Canon A70, mostly with flash. Thanks for the order, it's a lot of fun taking pictures when it virtually free. [...] Hello again Paul. The batteries died last night, 432 pictures, about 80% with flash and all with the LCD on! I'm using a Canon A70 which is known to be efficient with batteries and uses 4 cells, but these results compare to about 120 pics with new alkaline plus cells, and there were actually more outdoor shots (no flash) with the alkaline disposables. Also, the 432 pics was with the first use of the nimh batteries and the manual says that they will work better after 3-5 cycles, so they might even last longer! I'm very happy with the Maha/PowerEx kit, and I enjoyed dealing with you rather than having to go through Canada Customs. [...] It almost seems unreal, takes weeks to drain the batteries, then re-charge then in 2-3 hrs if needed, and it costs nothing for each use. I feel like I bought some magic beans from you and they turned out to be real... ;-) I'll strongly recommend the Maha/PowerEx 401/2200 charger/batteries to anyone, and purchasing from you was a pleasure as well, thanks!
Mike P.

HomeWusthof Knives -  Wusthof Grand Prix II -  Wusthof Grand Prix II Wavy Edge (serrated) "Super Slicer", 10-inch (26 cm)

Wusthof Grand Prix II Wavy Edge (serrated) "Super Slicer", 10-inch (26 cm)

Wusthof Grand Prix II Wavy Edge (serrated) "Super Slicer", 10-inch (26 cm) Reverse scallops on the edge allow this large thin bladed knife to cut aggressively. Perfect for slicing nearly anything in the kitchen (great for crusty items). the reverse (scalloped) serrations won't tear delicate items and edges as much as traditional pointy serrations do. A very popular all-around high performance multi-purpose slicer. Precision forged from a single blank of steel with bolster and full tang and the ergonomic and nearly indestructible precision-molded Grand Prix II handle. Full bolster/finger guard for safety and protection. Beautifully balanced tool featuring a razor-sharp hardened stainless steel serrated/wavy edge.
German forged steel quality for a lifetime of use!

Note: the nature of an edge like this is that it does not need to be sharpened. With normal use and care (only cut on wood or plastic boards, NEVER stone or glass), it should last and cut very well for many years. Do not attempt to sharpen the edge in any manner.
