Not just for tomatoes! Makes a great all-around serrated utility knife. The extremely sharp serrations on this quality knife make short work of just about any delicate item like tomatoes, soft fruit and even things like sausages which need a slicing action so you don't crush them. Just use a gentle pressure and let the serrations do the work. And the forked tip is to be used like, well, a little fork (!) for helping with serving. Also works great as a general purpose utility knife slicing sandwiches, etc. Same comfortable and nearly indestructible ergonomic grip and razor-sharp forged hardened stainless steel blade and edge as the rest of the innovative Grand Prix II line.
