I had chefs requesting these, so I decided to keep them in stock at all times for people looking for a VERY high quality spatula (these are NOT like the $10 made-in-China things you find at most kitchen supply stores). Same style handle as the Gourmet series (they also match the look of the Classic series). Made in Germany.

I just received my two new slotted spatulas. They’re so useful and even though I have an older Wusthof spatula, they’re handy to have when we’re feeding a crowd. As usual, Paul’s service was fast - even faster than promised. I have been buying knives and kitchen tools, for personal and gift uses, from Paul for more than 15 years and frankly, I can’t imagine buying from any other place.
