A very high-end spatula with a sturdy blade. I had chefs requesting these, so I decided to keep them in stock at all times for people looking for a VERY high quality spatula (these are NOT like the $10 made-in-China things you find at most kitchen supply stores). Same style handle as the Gourmet and series (they also match the look of the Classic series).
