Wusthof Culinar Serrated Bread Knife, 9-inch (23 cm)

Traditional serrated bread knife, but in a more useful 9-inch length. Same model that is included in the standard knife sets, but an inch longer. A truly excellent high performance and heavy-duty bread knife. The traditional pointy tips on the serrations (unlike the reverse scallops on the offset serrated and Super Slicer models) cut a bit more aggressively -- which is probably good for really crust breads for example since you get a bit more "bite" from all those sharp tips.
