The Wüsthof Culinar Chef's Knife, 23 cm (9"), is a great all-around kitchen knife for home or professional use. This shape is the most essential of all knives used in the kitchen. Versatile 9-inch length is commonly recommended by culinary schools, as it's a good compromise between a potentially unwieldy 10-inch and the 8-inch which might be a bit small for some situations. Precision forged from a single blank of steel with bolster and full tang and the incredible all-metal ergonomic satin-finish metal Culinar handle. Full bolster/finger guard for safety and protection.
