Another somewhat unusual but in my mind extremely useful all-around utility/slicer knife. A knife like this one quickly becomes a favourite "go-to" knife for those many everyday tasks where a paring knife is too small and the chef's knife is overkill. The hollows ground into the face of the blade create a super-sharp edge and form an air pocket which prevents extra thin or soft slices from sticking to the blade. Perfect for slicing beef and cutting fruits and vegetables. Same comfortable and nearly indestructible grip and razor-sharp hardened stainless steel edge as the rest of the classic line.
