The Wusthof Classic paring Knife, 8cm (3"), features a straight edge which offers close control for decorating as well as peeling, mincing and dicing. Personally, I prefer the spear-point style (like the model 4066-9) as a primary paring knife, but some people are more accustomed to the style ("bird's beak"), so by all means, go for this fine version which has all the excellent qualities as the rest of the forged Wusthof Classic line.
