The classic "ham slicer" blade, in an superb 10 inch length with precision-cut granton indentations to lower the slicing resistance allowing thin and precise slicing action. Works great for any large cut of meat, and even large vegetables or fruit. Best for items like ham which have more even and dense grain and so can take a more delicate action (in other words, try a serrated slicer instead for your big BBQ brisket!)
