I had so many requests for this that I decided to add it to my regular stock. It's a very unusual and cool knife -- in the photo it sort of looks like a regular serrated knife, but it's NOT! The blade edge is actually shaped like a zig-zag. So for example, if you were to cut straight down on a potato, you would end up with a zig-zag shaped slice. Wusthof says: "Makes crinkle cuts for french fries and decorative crudites, even eye catching butter paddies."
