The famous and really superb Wusthof Cook's/Chef's knife, but in a versatile and comfortable 6.3" length. This is the "mama bear" of chef's knives -- not too big, not too small, but just right as something between your full-size chef's knife and a paring or utility knife. The extra depth makes this more versatile for chopping than a utility knife shape. Another very popular knife that I just added to the site due to popular demand... customers kept special ordering it, so here it is! Same features as the rest of the 4582 Wusthof Cook's knife lineup, and with the ever-popular and handy granton "divots" to lower resistance and help prevent items like potatoes from forming a suction and sticking to the blade, allowing paper-thin slicing.
