Super for a fancy cheese spread, or if you're a professional doing cooking or cheese demos or service. This style is specifically for soft cheese such as Brie, Camembert or Roquefort has a very distinctive look, with holes in the blade designed to prevent the cheese from sticking to it. Same comfortable and nearly indestructible grip and razor-sharp forged hardened stainless steel blade and edge as the rest of the classic line.
