Classic professional-grade carving knife. An excellent and useful addition to your knife collection to complement your chef's knife or santoku when you want to do some nice and precise slicing work -- perfect for the larger cuts of meat, fruit and vegetable. Yes, it's also the same as the 4522-16 "utility knife" above (same thin blade, great for carving/slicing), but 4 cm longer, so it's now in the realm of "carving knife" since it's the same length as a standard (small) chef's knife. Features the same comfortable and nearly indestructible grip and razor-sharp and easy to maintain hardened stainless steel edge as the rest of the classic line.

After some effort to dispel the lingering myths from the 1980's about rechargeable batteries, I bought a MH-C204W charger for the office. It is so simple and reliable that even my most technically-challenged co-workers have no problem. I plan to eventually replace all disposable AA and AAA batteries in my department with rechargeable.
