Wusthof Classic Bread Knife, 9-inch (23 cm), Serrated My best selling bread knife of all time. The perfect length for most users, and very high quality and long lasting.

A really great bread knife -- a little longer than the 8" version in most of the block kits, and it fits easily in most knife block or other storage system. An excellent choice for an all-around bread/serrated knife. If you are thinking of an 8" bread knife, I'd suggest simply going with the 4123-20 offset serrated knife below which is almost the same price and yet in my opinion more versatile than an 8" bread knife.
