Again, Wusthof, being a German company calls this a "salami" knife, but really, it makes a simply superb and super-handy and effective small serrated slicer. Perfect length to use just about anywhere, and unlike larger old-fashioned bread knives and junky serrated knives, this one is super strong and sharp (fully forged) and nice and thin so it doesn't totally destroy whatever you're slicing. Great for just about any crusty or delicate item (it's like a large tomato knife... great for pastries, bagels, roasted meats, small breads, etc. too).
