An excellent value in a professional quality knife case. This is rugged cordura (nylon) case which is perfect for culinary students or professionals. This is pretty much standard issue at most culinary schools, since it's effective, offers plenty of storage, and is quite affordable. An excellent design featuring lots of interior storage, and an interior separate zippered compartment to hold the knives very securely in their slots. Truly a great quality and yet very affordable professional-level case. There are 12 pockets for knife handles inside a zippered compartment inside. Note that the pockets are just for the handles, so to protect the blades and edges knives stored/carried in such a case should also be protected by blade guards (see the Accessories category to see the blade guards sold separately).

Note: the outside decoration of this case sometimes is not exactly as pictured above. The case is the same, but the outside colours and logo can change from batch to batch (depending on what Wusthof's supplier offers... they don't manufacture these themselves).
