Victorinox Rosewood

The same legendary blades as the Fibrox line, but with a nicer-looking and more traditional wooden handle that looks better in the home kitchen, and feels very comfortable to hold.

Please note that in 2020 Victorinox slowly started changing most of the handles to a different type of wood (maple it seems), probably due to increased cost and regulations making it difficult to import and export rosewood. The handles are still beautiful and long-lasting, but they now have a lighter red stained look for the most part, and generally won't look as dark as the photos here often show (though as with all knives with wooden handles, variations and small imperfections are frequent and to be expected, it's part of the charm of a natural wood product).
