Sarawak White Peppercorns

Handy tube containing 76.5g (2.7 oz) of high quality white Sarawak (a high quality type of white pepper) peppercorns from Borneo, Malaysia. Nice for dishes such as mashed potatoes where you don't want the black specs from black pepper. This is definitely still pepper -- made from the same fruit as black pepper, except this is just the inner seed portion, with the black outer "fruit" removed, so it does have a somewhat different taste. Again, very high quality stuff with excellent smell and taste (most supermarket white pepper smells somewhat "bad" because it's usually old, stale, and, well, bad). Makes a great and gift. Kosher approved.
