Oyster knife with black finish carbon (NOT stainless) steel very stiff blade. The whole blade is roughly sharpened equally on each side for the entire blade from heel to tip. Blade length: 96mm (3.5"). Handle is unfinished solid maple. This is a rough finish working tool... not pretty, but neither are oysters! But very cool in an old-school kind of way, and cheap enough to be worth trying if you're into Oyster shucking.
