Sakai Takayuki Oyster Knife, 102mm (4")

Oyster knife with black finish carbon (NOT stainless) steel very stiff pointed blade. The top (angled to the tip) edge is roughly sharpened only on the right side. Blade length: 102mm (4"). Blade width is about 2mm. Handle is unfinished solid maple, 3.5" in length and 1-1/8" in diameter. This is a rough finish working tool... not pretty, but neither are oysters! But very cool in an old-school kind of way, and cheap enough to be worth trying if you're into Oyster shucking.
