Hi Paul, I placed this order on behalf of my wife, and we just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with the qiuck service you provided and how easy it was to order. I believe it was only 4-5 days to get the order. I have not used the knife [Masahiro Saijyou Yanagiba] yet as it is a Christmas present from my wife, but I did take a look at if for "quality" purposes. :) I am a knife enthusiast and am very impressed with this knife!
