The Peugeot Paris mill represents the absolute quintessential classic quality mill shape. And so it's no surprise that it's still a best seller that looks stunning in just about every home or professional situation. This salt mill is nice and tall, beautifully finished in a chocolate colour stained beechwood.

So how do you improve on a classic? With the excellent new U-Select mechanism, that’s how! This mechanism allows you to smoothly select from a range of grinds, from super-fine to very coarse, all with a simple twist of the bottom ring; that’s right, no more unscrewing the top screw and having the top of the mill rattle if you wanted a very coarse grind. Now the grinding (the same twisting of the top) is independent of the grind setting (twisting the bottom). It really works! The manual models still work great of course, but if you’ve ever been frustrated by the "floppy top" syndrome of the traditional mill design (especially if you prefer coarse grinds), you’ll LOVE the Peugeot U-Select.
