This one is the same, but 3cm (about an inch) longer -- great if you're a pro looking for something that still cuts like a Japanese knife but has a bit more heft than the under-10-inch knives. It is outstanding in every way. Fantastic construction quality, size, shape, and handle comfort and shape (it's a somewhat chunky handle, which makes it very well balanced and comfortable to hold actually).
