Misono 440-Series Chinese Cleaver Chef's Knife Blade: 220mm long x 107mm wide (8.7 x 4.2 inches), 3mm thick, 530 grams
This is a serious knife. Yes, it weighs a full 530 grams (almost 1.2 pounds). Truly stunning to look at, with traditional 2-tone finish. Blade is 16 chrome high stainless steel at a Rockwell hardness of 58-59 (this is a hard stainless) for long life, with no danger of rust or discolouration. This is definitely a high-end stainless Chinese cleaver. If you want a pro-knife in stainless, this is the way to go. Full-tang, with triple-riveted Bubinga-wood handle. In beautiful glossy blue and black gift box.
