This is THE professional's choice when it comes to Micrpolanes. I keep this in my professional pastry and baking tool kit, and use it for everything from lemon zesting to chocolate (makes nice white chocolate "snow" for Christmas chocolate scenes). Grates Parmesan cheese light and fluffy; Zests lemons and limes in seconds; Grates chocolate for baking and decorating; Purées garlic and ginger instantly; Shreds coconut for baking and decorating. This model is considered "fine". Comes with easy-to-remove protective cover (great for a professional's tool case).
