Hey ya Paul. I just received my Wusthof Le Cordon Bleu 9-inch as well as the knife protector and steel I ordered. Shipping time was great! The items where well packaged having no chance for them to move about. Oh and did I not mention the Chef Knife is a Dream to use! The weight is perfect for me, as I've tried the Classic series at a friends house and it's a bit heavy for me.
