Messermeister Blade Guard, for 12" Chef's knives

Fits just about any brand and style of chef's knife with up to a 12-inch blade. Highly recommended for transport in any sort of carrying case, and for any knife which is going to spend any time stored outside of a knife block (in a case, drawer, box, etc.). Popular with professional chefs who transport and store their knives. Cheap protection for your knife edge! Note: these are the same as the Wusthof branded blade guards (the old ones without the felt interior)... they're identical -- made by the same company, just with a different logo.

Note: these are designed to protect a blade edge when a knife is stored in a knife roll/bag or drawer. They will NOT protect a knife or you or your foot against dropping or other forms of misuse.
