Kanetsugu Pro-M 9.5-inch (240mm) Chef's Knife (Gyutou)

I've heard a number of good things about these knives from friends and customers, but I was at first skeptical about this knife, just because it seemed almost too good to be true -- a quality knife at such a low price? So I got a few in, and I'm impressed! It's amazingly well-made, with nice workmanship, and a very beautiful and sharp blade. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this knife. They say it's "ice hardened molybdenum steel", so it should be quite hard and yet not overly brittle. It appears well-made, sharp, it looks great, and what a bargain!! Fully forged, with a sculpted and very lightweight ergonomic handle (best for normal to small hands... I wouldn't recommend it for especially large hands -- the entire knife is quite light). Comes in a very nice black gift box.
