There really is no substitute for this kind of squeezer. Just pop half a lemon, lime or orange into this and clamp down. I learned about these from a professional chef friend, and I've since heard from a number of other people who also swear by them. Once you try one, you'll never go back to the old twist-style juicers. This type is especially useful for limes which can be hard to manage with other types of large juicers. These models by Switzerland's Dalla Piazza company are very well made and finished, of strong cast metal.

A nice tool, attractively packaged. Makes a great gift.
