Traditional style fish fillet knife. Long, thin and flexible blade helps get super thin slices. Great for carpaccio too

Nice and sharp, comfortable, and affordable. Note that Chroma measures blade length from the tip to the metal "pearl" on the handle, so actual blade length is somewhat shorter: on this knife I measured the actual blade length at 18cm (7"). Comes in a fantastic and very beautiful hard gift box and slip case.
