Chroma Chinese Cleaver Style Chef's Knife, 173mm / 6.8". Excellent for vegetable chopping! Note that this is NOT a meat cleaver -- it's a Chinese style chef's knife (just like a santoku is a Japanese style chef's knife). This means it's thin like a chef's knife, and has the same sharp edge. Check out Iron Chef or any TV show where a Chinese chef is cooking to see the amazing and precise things they can do with this knife, even though it looks rather unwieldy to us since we're not used to using this shape at home.

Note that Chroma measures blade length from the tip to the metal "pearl" on the handle, so actual blade length is somewhat shorter: on this knife I measured the actual blade length at 13.5cm (5.3"). Comes in a fantastic and very beautiful hard gift box and slip case.
