Chroma Boning Knife, 140mm / 5.5". Traditional boning knife shape, with a sharp dagger-like blade and tip for getting in around bones. An excellent knife to add to your collection after a chef's knife.

Note that Chroma measures blade length from the tip to the metal "pearl" on the handle, so actual blade length is somewhat shorter: on this knife I measured the actual blade length at 13.5cm (5.3"). Comes in a fantastic and very beautiful hard gift box and slip case.
