Chef's Choice Model 464 Pronto Diamond Hone Manual Knife Sharpener

I'm usually wary of manual "drag through" sharpeners, but this one has been getting great reviews and so I decided to carry it. Cook's Illustrated magazine gave it a great review, so that's usually a good indication that it's a good product and worth owning.
